They sent an agent, Ryan, who surveyed the damage, spoke with my insurance claims person. a d scheduled their assessor to come out. Ryan also arranged to have a crew put a tarp covering over the leak area as a temporary protection against further rain leakage 'till repairs. Very.courteous, very professional 0

Then before they left the casually went over my yard with a magnet but when they left I went out without a magnet and found 40+ screws just in my driveway and on my porch area, I didn't even look in the grass.
