Overall a good experience. Our representative was knowledgeable about the product but not about the process of doing an insurance claim. He didn’t communicate with us well. However, once we worked through that and the work crew finally arrive, they were excellent! In and out in one day. They were courteous and took every precaution to protect our shrubbery. You couldn’t even tell they’d been here when they left!

They did an awesome job quickly, even came back out after the downpour. Took just a little over 1 day to finish, which surprised us with as much roof we have! Took extra care around our animals and went the extra mile for us (when they didn’t need to) by painting vents so that it matched the roof.
Dennis was amazing. He made sure that we understood everything and answered all of 100 question.

I needed a fast response when my roof sustained damage and leaking during a severe wind and rain storm. Guy roofing guided me through the next step. They sent an agent, Ryan, who surveyed the damage, spoke with my insurance claims person. a d scheduled their assessor to come out. Ryan also arranged to have a crew put a tarp covering over the leak area as a temporary protection against further rain leakage 'till repairs. Very.courteous, very professional 0
