She was knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions right away, worked with us to get in our price range, was not at all pushy, made us feel at ease, and was very personable. Fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend going here and definitely ask for Scarlet.
A good trade was made but not user friendly. My sales representative was Steve Tiller and he was professional, patient reachable and seemed to be working on my behalf. Now CPO sales management is a bit of a different tale. I only by cars that are 1 to 3 years old with less than 30,000 miles and must be a CPO vehicle.
