Great Experience I'm not a fan of car buying. I arrived knowing what I wanted and the fair price. I met Finn Misa (salesman) upon arrival. He was knowledgeable and helpful. The process was as quick and efficient as possible.
Willis Great experience. Finn Misa was an awesome salesman. He took lots of time with us explaining the features on the car. He also got us what we needed after the car was bought. Would buy another car from him.

Excellent Customer Service Walking in, I wasn't expecting to drive off the lot with a new car. Really came to buy a part for my "old" car. Speaking with a honest, clear and straight forward dealer, I was able to drive off with a brand new upgraded version on my previous one.
Unsure to VERY sure! I walked in unsure of my decision of letting go of my Jeep, for a Fusion. My salesman (Geo), asked me what perks I wanted, and he picked the perfect one for me to test drive. Needless to say I ended up driving out in that very same 2017 Fusion!! He was very helpful, and made my 5 hour stay at Gwinnett Place Ford very memorable. The finance manager was hands down just as great!

Gabi Mor- E.X.C.E.L.L.E.N.T.!!! Went in for an FJ cruised that we found advertised on autotrader.com. Our salesperson was Gabi Mor. We received better customer service from Gabi even over the phone than we’d received from other dealerships in person. He was easy to talk to. He didn’t pressure us. Very professional and knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable dealing with him. He managed to give us a deal that we were able to feel comfortable with. Would definitely recommend Gabi Mor!
Moms happy so everyone’s happy! Great experience at Gwinnett Place Ford buying a Truck for my son. Just a phone call with Finn Misa a salesman was all it took. He found the truck with all the requirements I was looking for in a used truck.. Finn was great taking care of us from start to finish. All around from management to finance it was such a pleasant experience. They even changed the rims and tires for us. I definitely will be back!
