Awesome I went into Gwinnett Ford looking for an SUV for my family. I knew I didn't have the best credit but Darian work with me and was able to get me approved for certified pre-owned vehicle with great mileage. Even after the sail Darian continued to be a great help. I am thankful for him and the whole team at Gwinnett Place Ford. They have done an awesome job
Fantastic experience! We purchased a Navigator, working with Mikhail and Frank, and had the best experience. We would absolutely recommend both of these guys, and the dealership in general. They were not pushy, appreciated our timeline to buy the vehicle, were sensitive to our time constraints, and understood from the outset that we had already done a fair amount of our own research and did not want to spend hours going through all of the vehicle's features.

Easy to buy a car when everyone is a professional I had a situation where I needed to work with personnel in the key departments of Service, Sales and Finance and I not only worked with managers but also with other personnel within those departments. Without exception, all personnel I came in contact with were very professional, very courteous and very helpful in making my experience at the dealership a pleasant one.
Purchase of New Vehicle with Finn Finn assisted me with the purchase of a 2017 Ford Explorer, and was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process. Ford was willing and able to stay within my budget, so that we could come to an agreement on price. The process was painless.

Customer service First time buying a car, I was worried about the whole process but Mikhail Granovsky and "Ru" (another amazing person) help me and my husband throughout the process. They were patience, kept affording us refreshment, and answered all the questions we had. We highly recommend these to worker, especially Ru, to help anymore buying a car the first time.
Excellent experience Geo Riddlespriger was a great salesman, very informative, very polite and very well spoken. He listened to all my wants and even gave some very good suggestions. I'm about to be at 3 with his help I felt the truck I was so long searching for.
