Professional Experience Did my homework and knew what needed to be done before entering the dealership. Frank Mercardante was wonderful in taking care of us and did everything he needed to do for us to drive out for the price we needed to be at. Dealership is pretty busy on the weekend but overall flow was good.

Just about begged them to sell me a car I picked out the car I wanted online and called the dealership. I provided the vin for my trade and made arrangements to drive the car over lunch. I expressed I wanted the car and would be back after work to sign for it. After work I arrived and after two hours of waiting had not gotten close to getting the car. 2017 Ford Explorer Outside of a hiccup where they had the wrong pictures attached to a 2017 Explorer on their website the experience was fantastic. Frank Mercardante was an excellent salesman throughout the process. He did everything he could to accommodate myself and my wife who was recently in a car accident to get us the Explorer we wanted after the pictures on the website did not match the vehicle they had in stock.
