It was straight forward and a fine job was done by all. This visit was for an oil change and tire rotation.

Great experience at first but as Ive been driving my car my brakes are still squeaking.This will be the second time Ive brought it in and they still havent been fixed properly. Meaning Ill need to bring it to the dealership again, but I will likely go to another Ford location
We've always received VIP treatment when coming in to have our Navigator serviced. Not this time. Technicians were cavalier, could see my husband standing waiting for acknowledgment with no response. It seemed the attitude was "I'll get to you when I get to you". Never before have we encountered such rudeness from the service department at Gwinnett Lincoln Ford Dealership! My husband was extremely angry at this treatment.
