My experience didn't start out well with dealership. Felt I wasn't being told the truth up front about vehicle and who I would be working with in Sales. That was resolved. Apparently a miscommunication within the dealership. The Salesperson Christian was a very kind, knowledgeable person. He answered my Many questions, and sought out answers for me. There was a substantial charge/fee that was not mentioned on line. It was unreasonable. Sales Manager took care of it. Melissa, phone contact great!
