The guys there are super nice, very patient and informative on all of their processes. Was able to walk away with the exact cad I wanted in under 3 hours.
The service advisor dropped the ball but the management has picked it up and made the situation right.

Michael Duke in the service department always takes care of my vehicles. I can call him or use the Ford Pass app to make an appointment. Finally a dealership that is honest, I went in for an oil change, Michael asked me how many miles I drive a day, about 15 miles. He said I will need brakes in about 90 days. I went back for brakes and was very pleased with the price. I will continue to buy my vehicles at Gwinnett Place Ford.
This service was originated by a body shop that couldnt complete the repair, so we were not involved. However all is right with the car now.
Great job done by all. They treated me well. Kept their promise and stood on it. Didnt say one thing and do another. They did an excellent job
