I was satisfied with the service except it seemed to long. 3.5 hrs for inspection and rear brake job after it was previously scheduled for brake noise trouble service.

Service rep was accurate in stating the time it would take for the routine service to happen. Didn’t take any longer than stares. But for some reason the service tech lowered my truck’s tire pressure to 32 psi when both the manual and drivers side door sticker states 35psi akd I had my tires at 35psi.

I have two nissans and have been having them serviced at GWINNETT Place Nissan for years. I always get professional service thats geared towards my service needs. My service advisor Gil Rodriquez and mechanic Lee are always friendly and courteous. I really appreciate them and trust them to address all of my service needs.
