Had vehicle issues while in Atlanta. Called the dealership this morning, and was lucky enough to get Price Moore as my Service Advisor. He was great from the original phone call, through the drop off / interview process, to staying in contact throughout the day, through picking my vehicle up this afternoon. Very professional process.

Nick Jackson is the best. Always explains everything so that I can understand and keeps me updated on services that need to be done and when. I use to go to Nissan. Mall of Georgia. Where I purchased my car however I'm so glad I switched. The customer service is much better at Nissan/Gwinnett 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I came into the dealership thinking I needed a tuneup. Found out it was much more. Had the MPP insurance which covered everything. Thank you for the great customer service and keeping me informed of what’s was going on with my vehicle while I waited for my car to be inspected.
Price has excellent customer service skills and very knowledgeable. I was uncomfortable or just felt so unsure because I didn't understand my maintenance package or payments. I was ready to go to another dealership for service. But it really wasn't the service it was my lack of understanding. He made things so clear. Besides the convince, I will definitely stay with this dealership. Thanks to Price........
