Service performed was great. Service advisor was great. Surprised it took so long to begin inspection and service. It seems having a reserved time is irrelevant.
The wait was pretty long but I assume that this is usually the case here. The customer service was nice and there were commodities available which is a plus.

Service Department: Customer Service Piper was so patient and just amazing. She really took the time to communicate with me throughout the entire process. From calling & text she made sure I was in the loop about everything. What I was originally quoted, Gwinnett Place Nissan (Piper) found a much better price. To the person whom worked on my vehicle thank you so much for the care and attention you gave to knowing what your doing under the hood. Yes, I’d recommend this dealership for your service needs.
