Manager William Rue gave outstanding service and helped to make certain that I was taking care. In addition, he took the time out to call me twice and make certain that I was updated on Progress. Mr. Rue was marvelous 😊

Price Moore is an AWESOME Service Advisor 🔥🙌🏾 He paid attention to me while I was explaining what needed to be done to my car. 👂 He made some recommendations in plain English so I could understand, and he advised me of which repairs were major concerns versus recommended since I'm working on a budget. I truly appreciate him NOT trying to press me to get the unplanned extra work done. 🙌🏽 I definitely will be back to allow Gwinnett Place Nissan to service to Maxima Platinum. 👊🏾

Diamond was great to work with. Got repairs done quickly now I can send my son’s car to him in Italy. He is the Air Force and wants his car. None of his doors locked so they wouldn’t ship it. Nissan found the problem and now in the next few days Italy will have a Nissan Altima on there roadway. Thanks Diamond

I was satisfied with the service except it seemed to long. 3.5 hrs for inspection and rear brake job after it was previously scheduled for brake noise trouble service.

Service rep was accurate in stating the time it would take for the routine service to happen. Didn’t take any longer than stares. But for some reason the service tech lowered my truck’s tire pressure to 32 psi when both the manual and drivers side door sticker states 35psi akd I had my tires at 35psi.
