Service performed was great. Service advisor was great. Surprised it took so long to begin inspection and service. It seems having a reserved time is irrelevant.
The wait was pretty long but I assume that this is usually the case here. The customer service was nice and there were commodities available which is a plus.

Service Department: Customer Service Piper was so patient and just amazing. She really took the time to communicate with me throughout the entire process. From calling & text she made sure I was in the loop about everything. What I was originally quoted, Gwinnett Place Nissan (Piper) found a much better price.
