Very clean waiting room. Mike was my service advisor and was very polite and nice. Took care of me right away and kept me informed that it shouldn't be too much longer. I was in no hurry so no problem there. Loved how my car was washed when it was ready too. Most dealerships don't do that.

Marcus was excellent. He let me know what was going on. He let me know what the process would be with my options. Much better than the competion of the other Nissan dealers in contacted who were not competitive on pricing or service.

I set up an appointment with Marcus for 7am. I got there at about 6:40am. Doors were opened on time and as usual I was met with a friendly greeting from the staff. I didn’t wait because I knew it would be a while before my car was ready but I love how they immediately send alerts to your phone to let you know the status of your car. In about 2.5hrs my car was ready and when I went to pay for my services Marcus applied some coupons that saved me some money.
