Representative was helpful and courteous. Explained the situation with my car well. I loved the ability to communicate via text. One issue that was concerning is that it took an hour for the shuttlle to take me to work after i dropped off the car at 8am...i didn't arrive to work till 8:53am. I loved that i was contacted via text over the progress of my car and given the ability to approve or deny service via text. I loved they called a rideshare for me are the shuttle service ended.
