Marcus was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service and the quote was almost spot on.
I walked in late in the afternoon to get an inspection done and Marcus took care of me. He is very knowledgeable, has great customer service skills and got my inspection done in a timely fashion. They even send you notifications to your phone to let you know the progress of your vehicle. Would absolutely recommend this place and make sure you ask for Marcus.

The staff was very helpful. I was greeted upon entry and helped shortly after. My service advisor Navi was very helpful and thorough with what was getting done and advising of services that were recommended for my mileage. I love coming to Gwinnett Nissan for service and haven't been anywhere else.
