I always appreciate excellent customer service since it makes me feel that they care about me as an individual and with such an important investment in my life, especially in this day and age of hard financial times. I was looking for a new dealership to service my car after having a bad experience at the Decatur location, so I brought it here. I had a door panel replaced, and they were looking into an ignition problem. They gave my car back to me, stating that the needed to order a part, so I would need to come back. I get in my car, and there is a HUGE crack in the dashboard. Noe Ponce is absolutely the best car salesman EVER!!!!. Very friendly, knowledgable and was "on target" with my financial and vehicle needs. No high pressure tactics. Very straightforward. A pleasure to do business with. Will definetley referr all of my friends to him for future purchases.

I thoroughly enjoyed buying my new Nissan Rogue through Renee and Cass. They were both very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend these two sales people and dealership.
I wish there was more incentives for new car buyers. The I wish there was more incentives for new car buyers. The incentives were good but not great. It would be greatly appreciated if customers with sub par credit be give more options.
The quality of customer service and product knowledge was outstanding. I went into this dealership to trade in my car with a fair idea of what my options were but still somewhat unsure of what I was going to do. Working with Noe buying our Nissan Maxima was a great experience! He was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Even though we had just started our car search and had no idea what we were looking for, Noe listened to what features we were looking for and spent alot of time with us narrowing down the best choices.
