The entire staff was great and the wait time was minimal. Dr Hon asked questions to be sure she understood my medical history. I recently switched to her bc the doctor I was seeing was not in network.

Check in process and the customer service staff was great. First time seeing this Doctor I was referred by Dr Montalvo.I felt like for the first visit there was no discussion over all of my medical history including surgery. I did provide printouts of current meds, labs and tests that were done. I felt like anything that was recommended by the doctors I currently see was incorrect and I was taking the wrong meds. Dr. Hon exceeded my expectations at our initial appointment. She has a warm, energetic presence and a fantastic bedside manner. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel completely at ease. It’s clear why she came so highly recommended by my primary care physician.
