New rooms, spotless clean, cleanest rooms I started in, food was great- lots of choices and good quality, they had a lot of activities that were free such as kayaking, bike riding to see the cenotes on their property, beaches were beautiful, fun activities for kids, we will be coming back there.
The staff is amazing there. The only thing I will say is don’t take the shopping tour you will get held hostage at a jewelry store for an hour. Also men must wear sleeve shirts tanks are not allowed in any of the restaurants. These are things we weren’t told nor posted anywhere when booking.
Very spacious never had to wait for dining. Staff was exceptional
It was good, but I think it needs more options for food, specially lunch and dinner. It is a quiet hotel , very family friendly. Overall, it was good .
I wish food had been a bit better but overall a nice stay.
We had a great time at Hacienda Tres Rios. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was amazing at every restaurant, but we especially loved Alebrije. The activities that you can do are all fun and you are able to see the beautiful property. We loved seeing the adorable monkey and other wildlife. We would definitely visit again!
Beautiful property with lots to do onsite -- biking, kayaking, swimming in the pools, ocean and cenote, plus miniature golf, entertainment and water slides. Delicious food and drinks! Our only complaint was that we requested a king bed, but Expedia did not share our request with the resort. We were given a room with two queen beds and had to move to a room with a king the next day.
