Thank you for your visit, we are pleased that our housekeeping team has done a good job.
Lots of construction going on, which we understand is necessary, but the dining was a mess that week. Of the 4 main restaurants, most were closed they other night, some nights 3 of 4 were closed. Dunno if it was staffing issues or what, but definitely changed the experience. Thank goodness for 24 hr room service, which was ok overall but very slow, always an hour plus wait for dinner.

Es un hotel muy bonito tanto intrrnamente como sus instalaciones e actividades. Muy buen servicio y las habitaciones muy limpias y acojedoras.

We spent 7 nights here over Easter and really enjoyed our stay. The bedroom for 4 people was spacious and clean with a stocked mini bar. (We were 2 adults, 2 teens) The choice of restaurants is good, with a buffet restaurant , Italian - Porto Bella, Hacienda Grill, pizza, and Mexican choices, but our favourite was Kotori, the Asian option.
