Es una pena que unas instalaciones de tanta tradición hayan bajado su nivel de servicios. Muy poco personal para atención en restaurantes y zona de albercas.
Me and my wife loved this resort and will be going back. There is so much to do just at the resort itself and we wished we’d had more time to do them! Next time for sure!

We loved our week stay at HTR. The property was located on a beautiful ecological park that is self sustained. The property is well maintained and the staff are constantly cleaning all areas. Our room was beautiful and we enjoyed the hardworking staff very much.
muy bonito todo. pero creo que le falta mucho como hacienda, en la estructura deberia haber actividades de hacienda or articulos decoratibos en los jardines. no tiene mucho de hacienda.
Si no eres socio, no vayas. La atención y la comida es MUY MALA, y pequeño detalle los ríos tienen cocodrilos, un gran peligro si quieres hacer las actividades que ofrecen, nos tocó ver a “Pancho” el cocodrilo que suele visitar la zona de las albercas, los mismos salvavidas nos comentaron que el mayor riesgo de muerte en las actividades eran los cocodrilos y realmente es el único atractivo que tiene el hotel, la playa está muy fea, no hay sargazo pero es arena oscura y revuelta, ni en la orilla te ves los pies. Customer service is terrible. Complained to front desk and they stated had to make a report. After several reports nothing ever happened. Hotel room AC did not work our first night. They then changed us to another room that the hot water did not work. One day the entire hotel did not have hot water. Need to have more dining options especially for breakfast. We were not members so we only had the buffet restaurant for 4 day stay. Outside of our patio smelled from the water . Disappointed in our stay here.
Food was terrible, staff was unfriendly, we were talked into getting a “timeshare” with them very persistent, but it’s all lies do not, and I repeat do not get their so called time share it’s a bunch of lies and they’ll end up blocking you and taking your money.
