he sale person gave me 2 additional salon visits and on hair unit because previous unit unit sheeded badly when i tried to take advantage of what the sales person promise me the store manager denied me the services and regional manger got mad and took away from me what the sore manager and salesperson promised me the want me to pay finance company for 12 months 280 @ month and recieve no service
One of the worst customer service experiences I've had to deal with. My item was defective within the 30 day window. When I sent emails, I either received no response or delayed responses to them. I attempted their web chat and to call them, and they didn't have an answer for me and told me they would escalate my issue each time. Received no call backs. Wow... So Glad I found this review site. Me and the little Lady went to the Minneapolis Home and Garden Show at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Mpls. MN on Wednesday Feb. 28, 2023. We happened upon a Hair Club booth, we listened and talked to the guy for some time. Short story: We signed up to attend a one-hour presentation the next morning at the Mpls. Tried HCFM Feb '22. Paid money up front for three hair systems. They tried one off their rack. Was terrible and all grey. Second one I did not like either. Told them to stop before they tried another after they said would take four months to get one from *****. They refused to refund my money and they finally offered 23% back claiming I had received two good systems. These people are unprofessional. Do not go to them.*****, ********, **

Dont go to Hair Club for Men, its a calculated ****! I went in got a hair piece, wasnt really happy with it. They said to try it overnight and return the next day, so I did. Returned and told them I no longer wanted it. HCfM informed me since I left I had to pay. I read over their contract and found that I only had to pay for the hair piece (which I did), but I should be refunded the remainder. I went to hair club I were charge $1500 dollar and never got nothing I asked for this bad hair I got shelling every where I never got the human hair that they told me I would get went three times and never got the cut I asked for nor did I get the color I asked for the last time I went it looked good until I got home and find out that the back were not glue down and the color runs down all over my clothes and you cant even hot iron it want do it I think they got horses hair passing it off for human hair I need to know how to... read more
