I paid $3,019 on April 30th to ******************* at ********* of ******, *****. The contract entitles me to two salon visits per month and products. I have called her several times and sent e-mails requesting an appointment. She doesnt respond. She left me a voice mail on one occasion stating they might have appointments in ***********, which would be a 3 hour plus drive. This is for Xtrends Totally disappointed with the services , I literally took off the Xtrend and wearing the cap now because It’s been almost a month and can’t get appointment and the polymer started smelling bad . I barely get an appointment that fits with my work schedule. I fell like I just gave away $4500 for nothing . The office in Knoxville TN has serious staffing issues and just overall quality issues. They never answer the phone for one thing. They always never have what they need for the appointment and it's always an excuse as to why. I pay $400 a month and yet have not received any of the benefits of the program. You are better off just shaving your head and moving on with your life.

The Hair Club in Madison is a disreputable business. My daughter has been on the "Emerald Plan" for four years and has not ever had it fulfilled. If you question this - I have been told - we do not have the hair "in center" and your daughter may need to change the color and length she is getting. How does a person have blonde hair one day and then come in with a different color hair when you are trying to appear as normal as possible when you have alopecia? I had an appointment with Hair club and spoke to a person name ****. I have been informed that they would make hair from my hair. The day I had my appointment hair was cut from my head. On my next appointment I came in and I was told that they are still waiting on my hair. However, I was told that they had some hair that was closed to mine. Hair club is a complete ***** business that makes money out of peoples misery. They gave same treatment to every customer who wants to cure hair loss and hair regrowth without analyzing reasons behind hair loss. They do this ***** with a partner bank named comenity by approving a loan with them. They trick you claiming that its an interest free loan but actually they charge very high interest after an year. To whom it may concern, In 2019, I went to Hair Club for Men because they stated that they could "restore" my hair loss. They use an in depth process of applying a special topical solution to your hair, along with providing you with some pills and Minoxidil to apply to your hair every day. Started almost a year ago and to date they have not fulfilled their contract other than charge my card every month. First 3 months they used my existing unit and I am suppose to get 5 units a year. Every unit except one was good. All the rest not mine or what I paid for. I was told that the unit that is supposed to be ready for my next appointment which is this Saturday 08/28/21 will be correct. I know the pandemic created problems, but I should be refunded for all of the problems. To date I can not recommend them.
