This is a letter I wrote to the corporate office in Florida. This is my personal experience and how I feel about the company and it's staff. 1. They overcharged me. If I wanted a hairpiece without agreeing to a minimum monthly package of 309.00 it would cost me $1495.00 for the piece and to put it on me. All maintenance would be extra. Terrible service. Manager is extremely rude. They will tell you lies to try and convince you and then completely change their statement once they receive the money. Lied about the guarantee. Please watch out before signing up with them for any program. Much better options out there.

My wife and daughter went for an appointment, they sold my wife and Revitalizer I64, when she got home she decided that this was something she didn't want. She called the office to tell them that she was bring it back and that they could cancel the credit loan application for this device. She was told that she could not return the device for 8 months. This is a company with no sense of responsibility; make sure you keep track of EVERYTHING on your own to avoid paying for services or products that are never delivered. My rate increased from the first year to the second over $100 and the explanation given was that they weren't sure why I was given my first price at all, and the employee who signed me up is no longer with the company. They ruined my own hair. it was a very costly mistake. Every time they took off the hair piece they pulled my hair out I will never recommend this to anyone especially women.
Horrible stay away. They made my situation worse and then signed me up for a credit card that I am still paying on for 4 years and going... Did not help at all. How in the heck are they still A+ rating...?
