There were many factors that delayed my refi such as the house being in a trust, short staffing because of the pandemic, and an overload on the industry with a glut of refinance applications. So the process took a lot longer than I anticipated. Halee was a trooper throughout, remaining upbeat and helpful, working with me every step of the way. It finally closed and renovations are underway so I am very grateful to Halee for all her efforts!
From the very start, Halee was incredibly patient, professional and knowledgeable. She is just so good at what she does. She has a heart for people and that is very evident in the way she does business. We've used Halee's services in the past and will always use her and/or recommend her in the future.
