We had a great experience with Halton Honda. Took my van in for some recalls and discovered the wheels were misaligned. Fixed it while the van was still in earlier than promised.

Delivery of my vehicle was not good. The vehicle had to be delivered to my reserve and Julio the salesperson had no idea how to go about it. He was supposed to fill up the vehicle and I ended up paying for it myself! When I attempted to contact him about me paying via text, he didn’t answer me until I made a remark to his text message. I have to go pick up my money if I want it back! Terrible customer service! . In addition, he never showed me one thing about the vehicle.
