Customer service was great. Hugh bell was very helpful and answered and took care of all our questions and requests. Thank you so much for your help and making this process so easy for us. Just to keep in mind, I think the dealership can do a better job finalizing and detailing the car before being delivered to the customers. Other than that everything was great.

Having dealt with this dealership for several years I have found it to be a friendly place to deal with. The sales people are knowledgeable and can answer any questions. The service department are also very helpful and seem honestly caring about individuals.

Everyone I dealt with was both very competent and helpful. The only negative is the telephone experience. Trying to reach someone by telephone is frustrating because of having to leave messages on answering machines and rarely getting a live person to deal with the problem. Once I got a person who answered the phone, she went out of her way to be helpful and solve the problem. The service and parts department were wonderful. The work was done quickly and efficiently and they were trying to save me money and time.

I took my car in in February 2021 because I heard a knocking noise. Service advisor Jamal told me it’s likely ice. He told me to wait for a warm day was upcoming and to see if it melted. His prognosis was bang on. It was ice and melted away, thereby saving me money. That was my first visit. My second visit occurred in May 2021. I had a few service notifications to take my car in. David was great and really helped me find the car that fit my needs! He had my new car ready for pickup really fast and he was extremely helpful and showed me all the features the car had and explained how everything worked once I was in the car. This was super helpful for me and I really appreciated it
