Winter Tire Exchange It is always a pleasure dealing with the service desk employees Nicola, Mark, Brad and Jamal. Vehicle drop-off and service was done efficiently. Prompt notification when the service was done. Nice, readable note regarding tire wear from the mechanic.
B123 was required Was pleased with all the work. They mounted my snow tires instead of the usual tire rotation at no extra charge. Time to do the work was exactly what they quoted. thanks
New snow tires and oil change I have always been very pleased with the staff and services rendered. Nigel was very knowledgeable. He was attentive and provided answers to all my questions. All with a smile and genuinely friendly demeanor. Car was ready on time. Couldn't ask for more.
snow tires and mats Nigel was the associate to help me. He was very considerate. When he noticed I was still waiting for the shuttle, he found the shuttle gentleman and asked him to take me home. When I was leaving after my snow tires were installed, I was about to get in my car and Nigel came outside and offered to put the new all weather mats in the car for me. It was such a simple gesture but it just reaffirms the commitment to service that Halton Honda offers.

SERVICE VISIT - OCTOBER 28th A simple visit for tire change and A1 service. As in the case of all my visits for several years' things were handled well and on time.
