I am very pleased with Brad Mordue, my service advisor. He is very friendly and professional in his dealings with me. He explains very clearly what work the vehicle requires at the time and what service can wait. I trust his judgement on this and I feel that he is on my side in helping me manage the costs of maintaining my 2013 vehicle. I always wait for him to be available when I drop my vehicle off for service. 5 stars!!!!

I’m am very pleased with Halton Honda. They showed me a video of the problem that I was having. My car is a 2016 and this is the first time I have had to have anything done to it. I didn’t hesitate because in all the years that they have been servicing my car, they have never added non essential costs.
