As always, I received excellent service from my service advisor, Brad Mordue. I have been a customer here for almost 30 years, due to the exceptional customer service I have consistently received from Brad over the years. He is always professional, friendly, accommodating, prompt and thorough with his explanations. I trust his judgement completely. Halton Honda...consider yourself fortunate to have such great staff like Brad who provides excellent customer service !!

Brad was aware of my surprise of the cost of the repair. In response, he ordered an Uber free of charge to take me back home, adjusted the charge a little and washed my car for pick up.

Our sales executive Pierre Thieu, was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and passionate about cars --- especially Hondas. He was helpful, calm, and professional. Never pushy. This guy deserves a BIG promotion! Having not purchased a car in a very long time, I was a kind of shocked by the $999 administration fee. Great service, friendly and efficient. The finance manager (Alan M.) and Service Rep(Frankie) communicated well and ensured that I was in and out of the dealership in no time.
