I left a message with Alex. He called me later that day, it was his day off, and told me to bring my car in first thing Wednesday and he would take care of everything. Alex booked me in on Tuesday. I showed up first thing on Wednesday and was out very quickly. Alex went above and beyond by calling me back on his day off. Alex is the reason I keep coming back to Halton Honda. Now if only the dealership can get it's act together.
