Shaun was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Shaun found out why my intermittent wipers were not working for me. Thank you. Brad took over when my tires were on and helped me with information about getting my windshield fixed. Again, Brad gave excellent service, I appreciate how both of these men took care of me. I was completely blown away by the service I received on April 12, 2024 by Daine and the service department at Halton Honda. Daine went above and beyond to rectify an error and I am more than pleased with the end result. THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Thank you, Justin. I was supposed to be scheduled for 1:30 p.m., and I called the service to inquire if I could bring my vehicle in earlier than expected. Ultimately, I arrived at the service with my vehicle at 1:30. Justin went above and beyond in assisting me with the vehicle issue. It was truly a five-star experience. If you ever need help with the service, I highly suggest you find him. Halton Honda overall is five-star worthy.
