My recent experience at Halton Honda was excellent. Albert Daniel is my contact there and he promptly set up an appointment to have a recall taken care of on my new 2024 Honda Accord Sport hybrid. Although the dealership is very busy, and the weather miserable, they took me in within minutes of my arrival, ahead of the actual appointment time, and took care of the recall problem. We had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and very professional. Our sales Rep, Rafiq spent a lot of time with us and wasn’t “pushy”. He answered all our questions and we didn’t feel rushed in the process. Everything went smoothly with the transaction being completed, as promised. Have always been able to get an appointment in a timely manner and been greeted by friendly, professional staff. Work has most often been done to expectation. When there has been a concern as there was this time I can count on the staff to help me. When I called Alex H to say the maintenance minder & oil light indicated I needed another service he said to come right over and Cory reset it. Appreciated the quick service. Also appreciated this senior not having to think about it all weekend!!
