Keep up the good work
I felt for the money I spent for one night, it was just sub par. Also, the amenities were not that great, in fact the lotion dispenser was empty. If I had stayed another night, I would probably say something but since I was on a tight schedule, I didn't.
Breakfast every morning was amazing and staff are extremely helpful. Excellent place to stay.
Staff were all so helpful. Room clean really comfy bed. Great position in New York. Only negative was I thought breakfast not great you need proper knives and forks not plastic ones which are a struggle to even butter your toast. So all good but breakfast could be better.
Overnight for a show and to see the sights. Nice hotel that is centrally located to all we wanted to do.
My room was old and needed updating. Examples: bathtub had been patched twice, paint all scuffed, carpet dirty and worn.
Convenient as it is close to subway. Value for money with breakfast provided vs. other hotels in Manhattan. Improvement: one of the lifts (total 2 lifts) broken down on one morning and a lot of people waiting to check out or breakfast and cannot get into the lift. Another thing is we had a very bad experience one night, a homeless person came into the hotel, we were having pizza in common area, the homeless person came to us asking to have a slice of pizza and sit in sofa and wait even we ignored him.
