Das Hotel war grundsätzlich sauber, in einem guten Zustand und die Lage ist als Ausgangspunkt hervorragend. Was mehr als ärgerlich war, ist dass ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht war und ich dafür auch extra bezahlt habe. Der Blick war auf die Zimmerfront des gegenüberliegendem Hotel. Beim Reklamieren war das Personal an der Rezeption unfreundlich und uneinsichtig. Der Hotelmanager als Eskalationsstufe war aus den unterschiedlichsten Gründen nicht zu sprechen.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. I had a good experience with staff. Best part is the location; walking distance to NYCs most iconic streets and locations.

Very kind staff, they allowed us to drop our luggage before check in, and leaving them after check out, so that we pick them up later to go to airport. Nice breakfast.
