That property Need updates
Good location but outdated hotel This hotel used to be very good in the past. However, on this occasion, I found that the hotel is very outdated with creaking lifts, leaking shower taps, broken air condition units, toilets not flushing and generally noisy. The use of drugs is allowed in the rooms and this prohibits the guests in opening their windows due to the smell. The seating area in the lounge is outdated. I will not be using this hotel now. Generally, New York city itself is undesireable for me now.
Our room was quiet and we slept well. Conveniently located.
the hotel was different than on the website in terms of appearance. The service was courteous but there was no housekeeping, no change of sheets and blankets or towels for the two nights we stayed.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating. We had a great view from our room. It was close and convenient to transportation. We were able to walk to some great restaurants.
