Un buen hotel para vacacionar Todo muy bien. Tuvimos un inconveniente en el aeropuerto y llegamos 1 día después pero el personal muy atento nos respeto la reserva. Siempre muy amables. Había un problema con una llave de la regadera y ellos mismos nos cambiaron de habitación sin problemas. En general es un buen hotel si vas de vacaciones. Muy cerca de la quinta avenida y de muchas tiendas departamentales en la sexta avenida a la vuelta del hotel. Muy cerca de varias entradas al Metro. Bien placé. Le personnel attentionné, nous n'avons jamais reçu notre valise, 12 jours après, toujours pas, alors que nous savons que Delta la détient.... Très à l'écoute, nous avons rajouté 3 nuits espérant la recevoir. Merci Expédia pour votre accompagnement. Superbe vue depuis notre chambre haut placée... Aucun problème d'ascenseur comme j'ai pu le lire même aux "heures de pointes" du petit déjeuner. Chambre faite 1 jour sur deux pour ecofriendly mais en fait à la demande et serviette en plus sans problème. Très bon séjour... read more
Excellent service and friendly staff!
Staff were great. Accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay a great experience. We felt safe walking places even at night. Would probably not stay at that location again due to the building.
This hotel it is very convenient for us because it’s close to all places.
Great location, breakfast included
shower pressure was great, staff was nice, bed was comfy, no drain stopper in the bathtub, and the sink was falling apart
