Needs inprovement The hotel needs more attention to details such as: the key cards did not work, the room coffee pot did not work, the bathroom door did not completely close.
Toma localização. O hotel é bem localizado, com ótimo café da manhã e com empregados solícitos. Tivemos um probleminha com a acomodação que era para 3 pessoas mas só tinha uma cama king, creio que o erro se originou na Hotel.
Time to renovate The hotel needs to be redone - looks shabby . The ac unit in our room blew out air that smelled like mildew . The exhaust fan in our bathroom did not work . The staff was very friendly , and the location is good .
Everything was good, perfect location close to metro and main attractions.
The hotel is awesome! Breakfast is decent. Bed is comfortable. Front desk staff is helpful. It is very convenient as several subway is in walking distance. I cannot complain. Will definitely come back!
The front desk person was very friendly, accomodating, courteous and attentive to my needs as a guess. A for her efforts and welcoming attitud.
