Betsy helped us check-in our bags first because we got there very early before any of the rooms were ready. She was awesome, and really sweet about our very tired family just off the red eye.

First room smelled like wet dog. All good after they kindly moved us. Nice view from 12th floor. They offer luggagecstorage, but its in the lobby and doesnt seem too secure. That may be a consideration for some of you.
Well located, safe, quiet. Nice breakfast.
This was our first time staying at this hotel and it definitely did not disappoint. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Our room are spacious enough for our family and we recommend you consider your stay here.
