Great location and the staff was absolutely amazing .
The elevator was very slow, and the ice machine does not worked after 9 PM.
not sure when I should expect to receive a receipt of my stay its been a couple days and I havent received anything in my mailbox
Hotel staff were amazing.
We had a great stay at this property! The location is outstanding with direct access to the subway, easy walking to sites south of Central Park. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are affordable, and while this is no-frills property, the beds are comfortable, the water is hot, and there are waffles in the morning. I highly recommend.
