Have a good time at this hotel.
The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel had a lot of things broken. We were there a week. The front door was broken six out of seven days. The elevator was very slow and made a lot of noise. The faucet dripped continuously. The key control in the elevator was broken. Great location but hotel needs work. I have stayed in New York City over a dozen times these past years. I was disappointed.

We stayed from December 4-8 and had a great stay. The breakfast was good and filling, the staff were very pleasant and helpful.The beds were queen size and very comfortable! A metro stop was right around the corner which made getting around very convenient and easy! Loves our stay at the Hampton Inn.
