Hotel staff were wonderfully helpful and pleasant during our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
I really enjoyed staying at the Hampton Inn - Chelsea. It was super clean, the beds were very comfortable and the customer service/receptionists were amazing!!!
The hotel was fine; staff very nice. Breakfast area very congested, however.
I’ve never been in a hotel that didn’t have a microwave or at least one available for use… Also the ice machine on the floors never worked and breakfast was never hot and ready…
