This is not a fancy hotel, but it's clean, safe and within walking distance of a lot of sights. The staff was super friendly and helpful from the front desk ladies to the kitchen staff. Great for families with free snacks and an actual breakfast, with eggs, meat and a do it yourself waffle bar which was a huge hit with my 8 year old! The room we got was on the small end and did not have a dresser, but did have a wardrobe style closet.
No fridge in the room and the property is across the road from a church that feeds the homeless. Walking down the road from 7th at any time of the night is not advisable.

Great value for money with easy access to public transport and many of the sights of NYC!
Best Stay near Penn St Very clean, close to Penn St. They held our bags for us so we could travel around the city prior to check-in and after check out. Will definitely stay there again!
