Front desk workers were great, especially Oriana. They all treated me like family
The thermostat and heating unit in our room did not work properly. Maintenance came to look at it and said we just needed to turn the unit on when it was too cold and turn it off when it was too hot. This worked okay, but was rather inconvenient. We could not leave the heat on all night (It was uncomfortably hot after it was on only 20 minutes) but leaving it off through the night meant we woke up to a freezing room. Location is the best!! There is a good breeakfast, more than enough to cater everyone. Stephanie was always really helpful and polite, she is hard-worker. Thank you so much, I will definetly come back.
Personal aehr nett und hilfsbereit. Check in war sehr unkompliziert. Koffer konnten abgwgeben werden da wir erst im 22 uhr fliegen. Zimmer sind mit 2 Betten sehr klein aber ok. Alles was man braucht aber ist vorhanden .
