I absolutely loved the location
Hampton Inn MSG Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Loved the 24-hour tea/hot chocolate/coffee station especially since it was freezing outside in NYC. Breakfast had a variety of options. Our room faced another building so we had our curtains closed most of the time, but that was okay since we were out. Excellent location. Would come back for another stay!
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The property is located a block and a half from MSG(we went for a Billy Joel concert).

The room was very clean. However, we could not use the hotel WiFi from the room at all. We also had no cellular data service from the room, which meant that in order to use the internet we had to go down to the lobby. We also were only provided with hand soap (no shower soap). We asked for another soap for the shower and received it, but when the room cleaning occurred, for some reason they took both of our soaps, even though they had hardly been used. So wasteful.
