Good location for our purposes, close to sites we’re visiting. Room is small for the price and in need of TLC, but it’s NYC so high prices is what we expected.
Location is great to MSG and Penn Station. Desk staff was great. Maintenance, horrible. Requested maintenance for broken toilet early morning, reminded them in the afternoon and was told at night that maintenance went home (without fixing it). Fixed myself. But overall, it was a good stay and would stay again.

We had a quit room, and it was the 3rd time we got here, because there is a breakfast included. There could been more variance in the food in the morning, but overal it was very good.
