Only quibble was that the sink table was very narrow. Otherwise staff was amenable to any special requests. Rooms very clean. External area where the hotel is located cannot be blamed on the hotel.
Good hot breakfast. The area is not busy as time square but close enough to walk to time square (5-10min walk) or nearby attractions. Staff were all kind too.

Excellent free breakfast, comfortable rooms, good rate.
We got a good room at the check in, however when we arrived late night at our room, there was a dog barking and crying in the room next to us. We requested a change of room and the from desk person refused it. Until we insist a lot she changed us to another room, a room for disable people. Breakfast was ok.
Nice hotel. Room was clean and quiet. View was terrible-looked out into an alley and the back of another building. Continental breakfast was absolutely awesome! So many more food choices than what I expected! Overall, worth the money.
