Close walk to Madison square garden, Empire State Building and Times Square. Breakfast is decent though they run out of items quickly. Area around the place is sketchy. They do provide snacks in the room daily. Housekeeping is every other day and the Room is small for a family , outdated and limited wall outlets to charge your devices .

Let’s be blunt. You are cheap, that’s the primary reason we all book with you - but it costs absolutely nothing extra for this hotels front desk team and the concierges to smile, say good morning and make you feel a milion dollars even though we haven’t got it. Free breakfast is great, but the team makes it feel way better.. thanks!
Easy access to food, shop, transport. Staff are accommodating. Excellent!

Overall ok. Breakfast was chaotic and they ran out of food coffee and juice every day. Very convenient to MSG where we were attending a concert. Easy access to subway
