Morgenmad - hvis du er heldig De skal stramme op! Jeg har boet på hotellet flere gange, og for hver gang har opholdet og servicen været lidt værre end sidst. Denne gang var desværre ingen undtagelse. Opholdet skulle være inklusiv morgenmad. Første morgen da vi kom ned til morgenmad, var der ikke mere tilbage. Der blev ikke fyldt op og alle gæster var rimelig frustreret. Friendly staff, clean room and comfy beds. We were on 19th floor but lift very fast. Not massive amount of storage space for family of 4 but it was ok. Considering we were in the middle of NYC very quiet at night. Great location and base. Walking distance for shops and Penn station. Breakfast was included in price. Some days better than others. Fairly quiet between 7-8 and then got a little busy. There is a waffle machine which was a big hit with all the kids but sometimes a wait for it. Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you.

It was ok for the price
Hampton Inn was located just 2 blocks from Penn Station in Midtown near major tourist destinations like the the Empire State Building and Rockefeller Center. It had great access to public transportation to and from different airports as well as trains within Manhattan. The daily buffet breakfasts were good and filling. We also received the snacks and drinks in the room that were refreshed daily.
