The front desk staff was outstanding—very customer oriented, friendly & professional. Room was smaller than expected. Enjoyed the breakfast! The shower in our bathroom had low pressure and the toilet made a loud noise with every flush. Overall, we were very comfortable.

Stayed here because it got good reviews and is close to MSG. The good stuff is the staff is friendly, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is ok (if you get there early enough), the room is decent size considering the fact it's NYC, the elevators are in good working order. And the bad....The room and hallways had a musty smell, WiFi was spotty at best and some rooms (not mine) didn't have working AC and it was in the 90's .

The hotel was located close to many attractions, food options, and subway stops which made it easy to get around. The staff was accommodating to any requests we had. The hotel has good security for getting into the building at night and making sure only guests can get up to the rooms. We were missing some things when we got to the room such as soap. The view is not the best depending what room you get. Overall you get what you pay for and would recommend, especially if you are going to any events at MSG.

Cómodo, bien ubicado y en precio Excelente ubicación, muy buen conectado y con habitaciones cómodas para NY. Repetí y volvería a hacerlo

Clean, confortable, good breakfast, close to public transport and. attractions. I didn’t like that the rooms are not done every day. There was only one person in the reception, sometimes there was a queu of people.

Struttura ottimamente collocata al centro di Manhattan, con gran parte delle attrazioni visitabili a piedi. Pulita, funzionale, con personale cortese, sorridente e disponibile. Una delle poche struttura ad avere la colazione inclusa, che viene ospitata in una piccola stanza con tavoli in comune, ma in generale è ben fornita. Buon albergo vicino al Madison Square Garden a due passi da Times Square. Le camere sono un po’ piccole, ma dotate di tutti i conforti per soggiorni brevi. Ottima la presenza della colazione gratuita compresa nel prezzo che permette di abbattere i costi di una costosa colazione nei bar di newyork, soprattutto per chi ha dei bambini al seguito, andrebbe forse migliorata in qualità e quantità, soprattutto visto la presenza di molti ospiti non abituati alla tipica colazione americana.
